Railcube is the ERP platform for rail freight operators who want to run safe, efficient and scalable operations. Our software connects planning, operations, safety, HR and finance in one system.
More than 60 railway undertakings in 24 countries run their day to day business on railcube, from planning trains and crews to handling finance and compliance. We are a product company with long term partnerships, expanding strongly in Europe, North America and Australia.

Our hiring process is simple and focused on skills, attitude and the value you bring.
After you apply, we review your profile and let you know if we continue. If we do, you usually meet your future manager and one or two colleagues in one or two conversations. For some roles we add a short case or assignment based on real work.
We aim to give clear and honest feedback and keep the process as short as possible for both sides.

Our main hubs are in Rotterdam and Porto, with colleagues and customers across Europe, North America and Australia. Most roles follow a hybrid model, with a mix of office and home working, depending on the team and your location.
